The Process

Within 1 business day, your keycode will be emailed to you with detailed instructions for how to create your account and take your assessment.

When you receive your keycode, you’ll receive instructions on how to log in and take your assessment. The assessment only takes about 15 minutes to complete

Within 2 business days from the time you complete your assessment, you will receive your report.

You will receive a link to schedule your debrief call when you receive your report results. In the 40-minute debrief, we’ll go over your report’s critical information on your communication and decision styles and how it resonates with you. We’ll go over your strengths and how valuable they are to any group and what you can do to maximize them while at the same time recognizing the areas of challenge so you can neutralize them.

We will choose the areas you want to focus on, create goals and action steps around them. I’ll then followup with you to report progress, celebrate successes and work through challenges, making sure you are getting the results you’re looking for.
